RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, FEEL IT SKINCARE provides an easy to follow return process and 60-Day Money Back Guarantee for the following devices purchased online at feelitskincare.com:

Non-refundable items: 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns and refunds on FEEL IT CRYSTAL MICRODERMABRASION WAND, freebies or gift cards.

To be eligible for the 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Receipt with your order number is required.
  • Item must be in the original packaging and must not be damaged.
  • Return must be initiated within 60 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping is the customer responsibility.
  • Order shipping cost is not refundable ($16.99).
  • Return must be approved by customer support (do not send back to the address on your package). 
  • A return will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns without an authorization will be returned to sender and a 30% handling charge will be charged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

FEEL IT SKINCARE cannot accept returns for products purchased at 3rd party retailers. If you purchased your Feel It Skincare devices from anywhere other than from feelitskincare.com, you must contact the retailer directly for their return policy.

Ensure product is carefully packaged (its original packaging materials are best) in order to avoid damage during shipping. Units returned in damaged condition may receive partial credit at the discretion of FEEL IT SKINCARE.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item/s, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
