SHIPPING AND HANDLING

As of February 22nd, all orders have a processing time of 3-15 business days (Monday-Friday).  We are following all recommended health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of our customers and our employees.

 International standard shipping is a lengthy process that can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to be delivered. You will be provided with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, but tracking updates may be sporadic. Please allow an additional 2 weeks for delivery as there may be service delays in light of COVID-19. 

USPS Scanning Issue 

We are observing an issue with USPS tracking and want to keep you informed! Generally, USPS will update your tracking information 24-48 hours after your package has shipped. Unfortunately, this hasn't been the case recently and packages are taking longer to update than before. There seems to be a bottleneck at the USPS sorting facility in our area. We understand how this can be concerning, but want to assure you that we are shipping packages out at a normal rate and your tracking will update. Thank you for your patience!

FEEL IT SKINCARE offers USPS Priority 1-3 Day shipping for orders in the USA. 

 

We process orders within 1-3 days. Tracking will be provided within 24 hours once it is shipped. Once you have a tracking number, you may check its status here. 

 

If within 72 hours, you haven't heard from us, please email us at info@feelitskincare.com and we will assist you right away.

ORDER TRACKING

Anytime you have questions about your order please just email us at info@feelitskincare.com and we will gladly give you an update or figure out what the status is for your order. Please allow 24 hours from the time of delivery for your tracking to update. The USPS website is slow at updating and frequently does not update for 24-48 hours from the time the package leaves our warehouse.

Sometimes, a package will be marked as delivered by the shipping carrier prematurely. If you receive the delivery email but have not received your package, here is what we suggest:

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: 

  • USPS delivery vehicles use GPS that can automatically update a package as "delivered" prematurely. Please wait another business day, as the package could have been marked as delivered by mistake, and will arrive the following day.
  • Contact your local USPS post office. Make sure you contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information.
  • If the package still does not show up, please call USPS to file a claim. Gc2b cannot reimburse OR re-ship orders that were misdelivered by the post office or stolen from a property. Thank you for understanding! (Read our Terms of Use)

 

 

 

CANCELING AND MODIFYING ORDERS

You may able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy RETURNS to get a refund.

 

Please email us as soon as you can at info@feelitskincare.com to cancel your order.

Please contact us as soon as you realize that an error has been made. If your order has not shipped out yet, we may be able to cater to your request without any additional charges, however, if the product has already left our facility and is with a courier, you may contact the shipping company that currently has your package in order to attempt an address change.  Once the package has left our facility, we have no way of changing this address and we are unable to contact the shipping company on your behalf for security and privacy reasons.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We offer a 60-Day money-back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We give you 60 days to send it back to us for a full refund minus the order shipping cost of $16.99.

PAYMENTS

We will only charge you for the order/s you made. If you get an error when making your purchase you may see more than one of the same charges on your account. This is a common banking practice for handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear and is "pending" (depending on your bank, usually within 48 – 72 hours.) If you need help speeding up the process or it does not clear automatically, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
